1. Data Collection & Use

ETHOS Global collects the personal information you provide during the membership application — including your name, contact details, professional background, and resume — solely for membership assessment and platform matching.

2. Independent Data Controllers

ETHOS Global and SyncMii (operated by Destinverse Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong) are each an independent Data Controller. This means each party independently determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data, and each bears its own legal responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

When you proceed to SyncMii, your data is transferred to Destinverse Limited under a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) between ETHOS Global and Destinverse Limited. The DSA governs what data is shared, for what purpose, how it is protected, and the respective obligations of each party.

SyncMii will process your resume and generate an assessment score for its own career-matching platform purposes, and will separately share that score with ETHOS Global for membership tier determination. Each party's use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

3. Terms of Service

By proceeding, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to Destinverse Limited (SyncMii) as an independent Data Controller, as described above. Both ETHOS Global and Destinverse Limited are separately responsible for their own lawful processing of your data under the Data Sharing Agreement.

You have the right to exercise your data rights independently with each party. Requests directed to ETHOS Global do not automatically apply to data held by Destinverse Limited, and vice versa.

ETHOS Global reserves the right to use anonymised and aggregated data for platform improvement and research. No individually identifiable information will be used for these purposes without further consent.

4. ETHOS Network Communications

If you choose not to complete the SyncMii assessment, you will be enrolled in the ETHOS Network and may receive periodic newsletters containing industry insights, research, and community updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting contact@ethosglobal.foundation. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Data is retained only as long as necessary for membership management purposes.

• You may request access to the personal data held by ETHOS Global.
• You may request correction or deletion of your data where applicable.
• Data rights requests must be exercised separately with ETHOS Global and Destinverse Limited.
• By checking the agreement box, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and consent to the above terms.
